王丹，女，出生于江蘇省徐州市鼓樓區(qū)，于2020年6月獲得臺灣公立高雄餐旅大學(xué)的理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位，專業(yè)領(lǐng)域為餐旅管理。于2024年1月獲得該校授予的管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位，專業(yè)領(lǐng)域為觀光?，F(xiàn)為旅游與歷史文化學(xué)院專任教師，講師。
